Chef Nuno Bandeira de Lima has built a menu based on Portuguese cuisine but inspired by Indian and Oriental ingredients, thus achieving a fusion of flavours capable of taking you on a trip to other corners of the world.

It is said that before the restaurant opened, Chef Bandeira de Lima wandered through the different canteens of the neighbourhood in search of inspiration, and it is the different gastronomy present in the area that lead to Infame’s unique menu.

In addition to the a la carte menu, daily, together with his team, the Chef sets out executive lunch dishes, always based on fresh and seasonal ingredients.
